Interest in Spanish real estate among foreign investors does not wane. Sunny Spain is no longer considered just an excellent holiday destination: for many foreigners it is also a dream place to live. This is confirmed by official statistics. Already last year there was a significant increase in the purchase of houses and apartments by foreigners. The year 2022 turned out to be a breakthrough in this regard.
This was undoubtedly influenced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Just after the outbreak of war in our eastern neighbour, real estate agencies saw a huge increase in interest in houses and apartments in Spain. As experts emphasize, this country attracted the attention of buyers because it is quite far away and relatively cheap.
